产品描述

Fc受体（Fc receptors，FcRs）表达于多种细胞中，比如单核细胞，粒细胞，B细胞和树突状细胞。FcR表达细胞在免疫荧光染色中有时出现假阳性或假阴性结果，原因在于FcRs介导的Ig Fc结合性。

人Fc受体阻断剂（Fc Receptor Blocking Solution, Human）特别开发用于阻断FcR引起的非特异性染色，且不会干扰抗体介导的人细胞特异性染色。本品与抗人CD16（克隆3G8），CD32（克隆FUN-2）和CD64（克隆10.1）抗体的流式染色兼容。

Cells were collected and washed twice with 1× PBS, and then blocked with Fc receptor blocking solution buffer (Cat: MX1505, Maokang Biological) for 30 min at RT. Then 10 μl anti-FcγRI antibody-FITC anti-FcγRIIa antibody-FITC, anti-FcγRIIIa antibody-FITC, and FITC-labeled anti-FcγRIIb antibody were added into cells (1 × 106 cells/sample in 100 μl) and incubated for 60 min at 2–6 °C and analyzed using flow cytometry. CytoExpert software was used for data analysis.
