pGBKT7-53是阳性对照质粒,能编码小鼠p53蛋白(a.a.72-390)和GAL4 DNA-BD(a.a.1-147)的融合蛋白。小鼠p53 cDNA克隆进入pGBKT7的EcoRI和BamH1位点之间。p53 cDNA来源于Lwabuchi et al.(1993)年文献提到的质粒(由Clontech改造所得)。
